Pain in the Butt!

Well I got a short one for you today. I have a real pain in the Butt problem and it actually is a pain in the Butt. On Saturday I was up in PA for a 40K tournament. Saturday Morning, while walking to my car I slipped on some ice. My arms were full of models and rulebooks and all sorts of goodies so I couldn't twist and fall properly for risk of damaging something for the tournament that was starting in 20 minutes over at the mall across the street. So I fell backwards, right onto my tail bone.

Man does it hurt! Sharp pains when transitioning from sitting to standing, constant dull throb even after taking 800mg of Ibuprofen and trouble sleeping at night. I am hating life right now because of this pain in my Butt!

  1. That happened to me after the first big snow storm. Knocked the wind out of me, I was scared I wouldnt be able to breathe again for a bit. Worst part was my glasses went flying off. I couldnt find them right away. A couple hours later In looked again and found that they had been crushed by a car. Major suckiness. The tail bone pain goes away though. It lingered with me for like a week or so.

  2. A few years back, I was climbing on rocks by the Potomac when I slipped. BAM! The butt went straight onto the rock, then I flopped over facedown into the muddy banks. People in the park gawked as I hobbled back to my car, frontside all muddy and backside all huntched over. The Potomac Mudbeast had arisen! Here's hoping your tailbone feels better soon. Like Chris, it took me about a week before the pain went away.
